9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms of Use will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

To expedite resolution and reduce the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use, you and we agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceedings.

10.2 Arbitration

If informal negotiations fail, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
